New Spell identified By Veronica Nash, Currently Being Obliviated By Ministry of Magic for Discovery!
With every spell, enchantment and charm come responsibility from those who choose to cast it – especially when it comes to the likes of ancient magic.
In a recent update forwarded to The Prophet from the Ministry of Magic, a new spell has been identified through its accidental use.
The witch accountable for stumbling upon the spell is none other than Veronica Nash, who was just recently featured in The Wizards Voice for her thought leadership on modern Wizarding Politics. The ministry reported that Veronica identified the spell while perusing the restricted section at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry on another personal assignment.
When used correctly, the ministry states that this piece of magic shifts the very fabric of time and space to make things that were once inaccurate, now accurate in history’s current timeline.
Because of this, the spell has been deemed by the Ministry as more dangerous than the unforgivable curses and is currently in the process of obliviating the incident from Veronica’s memory.
When The Prophet caught up with the enacting Minister we asked for more information on the spell, to which we were declined. When asking for the spell itself or the pronunciation we were then asked to leave the premise.
With this story hot on the heels of Tom Riddles lost memories being found, the magical world seems to be getting more eluding with every passing day.
However, it still beckons the question – what is the spell that was stumbled on, and how dangerous could it really be? Is it possible that a spell of this magnitude could be responsible for what muggles have toted as the Mandela Effect?

Wow. Now that this is out I wonder how time turners were made it this was a recently discovered spell. Obviously no ones gonna be told the incantation if there is even one. So basically no one can ever practice this spell again if she is being obliviated…
I actually invented a spell even more powerful, It can manipulate the space time continuum as you know it, but i wont tell you it as the consequences would be drastic, but I have also invented various powerful spells including a dragon conjuring charm and a countercharm for the obliviate spell, and permanent sticking charm, and even a countercharm for the killing curse, (although I also discovered a spell that can block it in a fanfiction.) I have invented in total over 21 incredibly powerful spells. the problem is I cant cast any of them because of my magic being suppressed.

Sometimes things need to remain the way they are for in fear of the future and what it may hold, but I believe that if this spell is tested properly and explored carefully, there isn’t much harm that can come of it. Time is a very fragile thing, and frankly, there is never enough. I should know.
Well, this seems like dark magic. I know that the spell is very powerful and dangerous, but why did the headmistress even allow the book to be placed in the restricted section anyways? Doesn’t the librarian check what books she has?

Hmmm! this spell is dangerous than avada kedavra actually. But like that one, if used correctly by aurors, this spell can be put to good effect. We can use it on muggles! when we want them not to see anything, we can simply make them think they are seeing a man with a gun (A kind of muggle wand which they use to kill each other).

How is it possible for someone to create such a spell that can meddle with time and space? And if one can, why can people not appreciate the work put into trying? Another, why can’t the ministry speak of such works? In my honest opinion, I say that Veronica is one powerful and intelligent witch; obliviating her memory is a wrong thing to do. I mean, Professor Severus Snape created many spells of his own. And, I’d say that his spells were and still are very dangerous. So, why does Veronica get this treatment when other witches and wizards have done the same thing? Honestly, I would like some answers.

I feel sorry that Veronica had to loose her memory but I feel that it was the right decision. If she told someone the world could end up in catastrophe!
