Diagon Alley History

The Leaky Cauldron’s true address is Number One, Diagon alley, and is the second oldest building in the alley. It seems that the only shop which is older than the Leaky Cauldron is Ollivanders, which contains records dating back to the fourth century BCE. The rest of Diagon Alley was likely built around the two buildings, and became the alley of shops it is today.
