Bat Bogey Hex Etymology

Invented in the mid-20th century by Miranda Goshawk to force her older sister to be quiet long enough for her to speak. One of the most notable incidents occurred in 1972, when an entire class was affected by the hex. The hex is covered in the Theory of Charms Ordinary Wizarding Levels examination.
